RETURNS:

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning after receiving your item/s you have 7 days to request your return.

Please note we do not accept returns on change of mind items, and will only accept returns if the item arrives damaged/faulty.

To request your return please email info@kaibothelabel.com. Once your return is accepted, we will advise you on how you can return the item/s to us as well as instructions on where to send them to. Items sent back to us without being approved first will not be accepted.

Kaibo is not responsible for the loss or damage of any approved returns, and it is up to the customer to ensure postage is done correctly. We recommend using a traceable shipping courier for security.

WARRANTY:

Whilst each piece is carefully checked and packed with care before sending, Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or incorrect, should this occur.

We offer a 90 day manufacturer's warranty with any purchase, in which we will provide you with a complete refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) of your order. Manufacture defects do not include -  tearing, scratching, stretched chains, lost or damaged jewellery from incorrect care.

When sending back damaged/defected items you will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping/handling. Kaibo will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
